Big Brew Afternoon -
A big thank you to everyone who supported Saturday's Big Brew at the Catholic Church. A lively afternoon was enjoyed by all with lots of tasty cakes, a quiz and bingo!! We raised an amazing £300 for Transform Trade on the day which will make a lot of difference to farmers across the world. Our donation could help Lucy, a farmer in Kenya learn new skills and invest in seedlings and crops, as well as receive training on climate friendly farming. You can find out more information on their work at Transform Trade. Hilary Davies
Fairtrade Easter Eggs-
The Real Easter Egg is not available to buy in the shops again this year, but if you would like a Fairtrade egg with the Easter story included could you please let Gillian or Angus know. Hilary will bring some next week to the Tuesday coffee morning.
Slice Of Life -
Many thanks to all those who have attended the various working parties in February. There is still work to do to prepare the site for the van’s arrival, including some groundworks, fencing, gates and cabling. We will be meeting again at the following times and would really appreciate any support – especially those who lay on tea and biscuits at half time or help tidy up when we are flagging.
Saturday 5th April – 2.30-4.30
Sunday 6th April – 2.30-4.30
Make sure you check out the Slice of Life blog post and find out how you can help bring this project to life. You can also see the new page dedicated to this project where you find out all about it.
Prayers for Young Minds-
The Circuit Prayer Project is praying for the wellbeing and mental health of our young. Prayers for young minds can now be found on our website. Head to our blog to see this Sunday's prayer as we pray together as a circuit.

RightNow Media-

There is a support section at the foot of the Home page which has answers to lots of FAQ's but if you have any other queries/questions please contact Phil and Wendy Kershaw who will be happy to help you.
WELCOMING YOU HOME
The Methodist Church has a system of care for both its members and those who join us for worship, weekday groups and meetings. As a Church community, we believe that our care for one another is one of the main expressions of our faith and love for God and for others.
